Human Resource Department – Temporary Staff (6 months) .

  • Assist in the overall function and operations of HR
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in HR is preferred
  • Assist and coordinate the staff training programme and plans that is approved by the Management
  • Maintain the Staff leave and MC records
  • Prepare appraisal forms for probation evaluation and staff annual evaluation
  • Coordinate the month staff birthday celebration and other function related to HR
  • Manages HR letters, eg confirmation letters, resignation letter etc and staff job description
  • Arrange and call shortlisted candidates for interview appointments
  • Represent the organisation in fairs and any exhibition related to career fair/HR
  • Organise the Staff Induction Programme for new employees
  • Perform filing duties

The Communications Department encompasses a wide range of responsibilities to guide internal and external communications efforts of Malaysian CARE. Essentially, the Department works to promote CARE in the eyes of the public and its stakeholders. To this end, the Communications Department supports, develops and implements materials, projects and events that effectively communicates the mission and objectives of Malaysian CARE.

The Church Relations Leader will become an active team member with a primary role of communicating Malaysian CARE’s vision with clarity and purpose to churches towards establishing long-term partnerships. The Community Development (CD) Department initiates and implements community-based projects with identified poor communities in partnership with local churches to address the wholistic needs in the four key areas, namely: 1) economic empowerment, 2) social empowerment, 3) child empowerment, and 4) spiritual empowerment. The Community Department also works closely with the Service Department to develop resource materials in one or more of these four key areas. Imperatively, The Community Development Department provides technical and/or managerial training for project beneficiaries to ensure viability and sustainability of projects, and, sources for material and human resources necessary for the successful implementation of projects.
Leader for CD-PC acts as a representative of Malaysian CARE with churches partnership via creating awareness or training programmes on development issues. The candidate is also required to liaise and network with grassroots level field workers, external resource persons, community & religious leaders, Government Organization and NGOs for successful implementation of service activities.
