Position:

To assist the Senior Director in managing their schedule, as well as contribute towards the administration of the department.

The candidate should
a. Preferably a Certificate / Diploma in Private Secretarial / Business Administration or equivalent
b. Minimum TWO (2) years working experience as a PA or in a similar position. 
c. Be a team player, highly motivated and able to multi-task. 
d. Computer literate 
e. Fluent in spoken & written English. Knowledge of Mandarin would be an advantage.  
f. Have a pleasant, firm personality, and be people oriented.

a. have degree/Master holder in any discipline;
b. be mature and a team player; and
c. be highly motivated and able multiple tasking;
d. have compassion for children / young adult with special needs; and
e. preferably have a degree in related discipline.
