Position available:


FINANCE LEADER

To lead, contribute and a team player in the Finance Department. The candidate should :

(a) able to complete full set of accounts and management accounts reporting to the Board
(b) preferably a Diploma/Degree in Accounting
(c) minimum three (3) years working experience
(d) fluent in spoken/written in English and Mandarin would be an advantage
(e) highly motivated, multi-task and pleasant personality


EDUCATION TRAINING OFFICER
(for services* Rural & Urban Community Development)


Nature of Contract: 12 months renewable contract (Starting 1st July 2010 to 30 June 2011)

Qualification:
Relevant qualification or with experience in the field of education
Relevant qualification or with experience as an adult trainer
Formal/informal involvement working with poor/marginalized community
Enjoy working with people and help others grow
Good command in both written and spoken English
Posses a class D driving license

Job Description:

1) Work with a team of trainers to train community teachers in:
a) basic teaching skills
b) education centers management
c) organising activities/events related to education centers
2) Conduct regular assessment on community teachers and implement regular peer review process to monitor progress of trainees
3) Implement other project components in collaboration with other team members

Other related information: Field based 80% of working time, work require constant interaction with people, tight work schedule to be expected.
