FORMAL EDUCATION CERTIFICATE PROGRAMMES
In October 2005, Seminari Theoloji Malaysia (STM) in collaboration with Malaysian Care offered a Graduate Diploma in Christian Studies (Social Ministry) Program. In 2006, a certificate program with a social integration based on biblical principles to create a greater awareness about the importance of biblical foundations in social ministry was introduce. A collaboration between Seminari Theoloji Malaysia, Bible College of Malaysia and Malaysian Care offered the Certificate in Christian Ministry (Social Ministry) Program in June 2006. The program caters primarily for caregivers at grass-root levels. Working in constant partnership with other institutions, more formal education training programmes are in the pipeline.

IN-HOUSE TRAINING
Malaysian Care also conducts various in-house training programmes and workshops to care-givers and staff. These programmes are designed to provide the participants new skills and the ability to apply those skills to the needs of society, mainly the poor and needy.
